From 26th August 2022 @12pm, our surgery main number is 01695 317220 and prescription line number is 01695 317221. 

For appointments please contact via  phone or online booking. Rest assured if you want Face to Face appointment, you will be offered one. Please ask the reception staff. 

Telephone Consultations: You will be called a maximum of two times, over half an hour apart. If you miss these calls the clinicians will not have time to keep calling you back, and you will have to rebook your appointment. If there are no appointments left on the day then you will need to call the next day or make alternative plans.

Birch Wood Community Centre are doing food parcels for those in need, social shielding etc. They are also picking up prescriptions for patients unable to get to their chemist! The patients can call them direct on 01695-714284

Are you being examined? If you wish we can provide another member of staff to be present and a friend or family can accompany you as well. Please ask your doctor or nurse for a chaperone.
